Sample Essay – Government Vs Private groups

In this post, I have given a sample answer to a question. It was actually produced by one of my students. I have simply modified few words to make it little more academic.

This essay is definitely worth more than 7.0 bands.

The essay question reads like:
The government’s role is only to provide defence capability and urban infrastructure (road, water supply, etc.). All other services (education, health, social security) should be provided by private group or individuals in a country. What are your views on this?

What is good uncommon vocabulary?
